While everyone was enjoying Super Bowl...or not..hehehe...I was busy crafting!  A Blog Named Hero has this super fun challenge to "Snip and Stick" your stamps.  After making this card I realized I need to do this more often!

Again the idea came from my hubby...he's so brilliant (ssh, don't tell him I said that)!  I used a bunch of patterned paper from Bazzill Basic Papers Avalon Collection and needed to do a bunch of stamping using the fun Hero Arts cling called Hand Drawn Flower.  The idea was to use the many layers in this particular stamp.  Then on the yellow piece masked the center to create the petals being picked.  I'm hoping this comes across like that.  I couldn't waste the other petals so joined them together and placed a rhinestone in the center to add to the sentiment.  Here's a close-up...

And the stars of the card...

 Hope you enjoyed!

  1. This is just adorable!!! Your husband is a genius for thinking of it but your execution is perfection. I love the way you stamped the "loves me, loves me not". Thank you for playing with us at A Blog Named Hero.

  2. Such a fun card! Love the bold colours and the sentiments drifting down with the petals. Really cool! :)

  3. Your flower is so charming and love how you used the sentiments. Thanks for playing along at ABNH.

  4. Your flower is sobright and cheerful, love it.
