Emboss Resist for a2z Scrapbooking

source

It was an awesome weekend celebrating the hubby's birthday and now it's back to the daily grind!
Today starts the new challenge over at a2z Scrapbooking:  Masking

I used clear embossing powder to "mask" off the heart images and then ran the Hero Arts Pink to Red ombre ink right over to create a striped/swiped look.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts You're So Kind foam taped to a die cut Lawn Fawn heart stackable die.  I love that sentiment sent for it's bold look and large font!  I added a few Doodlebug Design Beetle Black sequins for a bit more pop of black.

Can't wait to see what you all create for the challenge!  Be sure to stop by the a2z Scrapbooking store as well to find this fun Hero Arts stamp set and many more newer sets from the latest Hero Arts catalog.  Don't forget proceeds from your purchase go towards helping the Behcets and Celiac Disease communities.

Mahalo for stopping by!
